Oseco’s extruder burst plugs are designed to protect plastic extrusion machines from over pressurization. Our burst plugs place the rupture disc flush with the extruders pressure vessel wall, ensuring there are not cavities where product can stagnate and solidify. The rupture disc is soldered to the barrel to prevent any possible leakage, regardless of pressure and temperature. Oseco extruder burst plugs are designed with a burst tolerance of ±5% to ensure accurate pressure relief.
